Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received it within 5 working days of ordering, email us at info@creatufut.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

Production: made to order and dispatched within 7–10 business days.
UK: 1–5 working days from dispatch (Tracked 1–2, Standard 3–5).
Europe: 5–10 working days.
US, Canada, Australia: 10–14 working days.

Personalised cards include a design step — you'll receive a proof by email to approve before we print, all within the production window.

Email us at info@creatufut.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately. We'll check the tracking and contact the courier. If your card is lost in transit, we'll reprint and resend at no cost.

Yes — we ship from the UK to over 100 countries. Cards are packed in protective sleeves and rigid mailers so they arrive in perfect condition. International customs duties are the recipient's responsibility and vary by country.

Yes — up until 11am UK time the day after ordering. After that your card is already being designed. You'll always receive a proof by email before printing — your opportunity to request changes. Once printing starts we can't refund change-of-mind orders, but we'll always fix design issues before that point.

Email us at info@creatufut.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll reprint or refund — no questions asked.
