Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If our designers have already produced your design, we will deduct the cost of design (normally around 1/10 of the total cost) from your refund. If the product is already produced and is of a fully customised nature, we cannot offer a refund unless it is defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Fully customised items that cannot be re-used
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, then your bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@createfut.com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@createfut.com
Return Shipping
To return your product, email us at info@createfut.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over ยฃ75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
