Yes — yourself, your kid, a grassroots teammate, or any footballer. If you have the right to use the photo, we can turn it into a personalised card. We also do bulk orders for clubs and teams — we've done runs for Borussia Dortmund.

Personalised cards are printed on the same premium 3mm Foam PVC as our pre-made range — rigid, wipe-clean, scratch-resistant, and built for long-term display. The print is UV-sealed so it won't fade or yellow. You can clean it with a damp cloth. Machine-cut edges follow the exact FIFA card silhouette.

Three simple steps: (1) Choose your card design. (2) Enter player name, position, stats, club and nationality. (3) Upload your photo. Our designers professionally cut and render the image, then email you a final proof before anything goes to print. You approve it — then we print it.

Any clear, well-lit photo from your phone works. Higher resolution is better — especially for A2 and A1 sizes. Our designers handle background removal and positioning. If the photo quality is too low, we'll email you before printing rather than produce a card that doesn't look right.

Yes — you set all six stats (pace, shooting, passing, dribbling, defending, physical) yourself. The live preview updates as you go. There are no rules — give yourself a 99 in your best attribute or keep it realistic. It's part of the fun.

Yes. We stock every major club and national team badge — Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, and all major international teams. If you need a badge that's not listed, email us at info@creatufut.com before ordering.

Personalised cards take up to 48 hours to design, then you receive a proof by email to approve. After approval, cards are printed and dispatched within 3–5 working days — typically 5–7 working days total to dispatch. Pre-made cards dispatch within 3–5 working days. During busy periods (Christmas, Father's Day) production may take slightly longer.

• US, Canada, Australia — 10–14 working days

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Yes — from the UK to over 100 countries. Cards are packed in protective sleeves and rigid mailers so they arrive in perfect condition. International customs duties are the recipient's responsibility and vary by country.

Email us at info@creatufut.com and we'll investigate immediately. If your card is lost in transit, we'll reprint and resend at no cost — guaranteed.

Yes — up until 11am UK time the day after ordering. After that, your card is already being designed. You'll always receive a proof by email before printing, giving you a chance to request changes. Once printing starts we can't refund change-of-mind orders, but we'll always fix design issues before that point.

Email us at info@creatufut.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll reprint or refund — no questions asked.
