Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If our designers have already produced your design, we will deduct the cost of design (normally around 1/10 of the total cost) from your refund. If the product is already produced and is of a fully customised nature, we cannot offer a refund unless it is defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@createfut.com before the 14-day period expires. Once we receive your returned item (unused and in original packaging), we will process your refund within 14 days. Please note: custom-designed products where production has already begun may not be eligible for withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c)
